Trustee Training The Pensions Act 2004 is introducing a statutory requirement with effect from 6th April 2006, for trustees to have knowledge and understanding of trusts and pensions law, and of the principles of funding and investment, and for them to be conversant with all the scheme documents. Trustees will need to demonstrate how they have met these requirements. Training will in all likelihood be essential to comply with this process. PTL can assist by providing training which is tailored to suit the needs of individual trustees and their schemes. We are always happy to discuss specific requirements.
