Temporary Trustee Service
PTL can take temporary appointments to trustee boards. This can be useful during, for example, funding negotiations or clearance processes or whenever the incumbent trustees feel isolated by conflicts of interest.
In these situations we can add independence on the occasions when it is needed.
Examples of recent temporary appointments have included :

Assisting with the merger of two schemes, ensuring all financial and regulatory issues were considered.

Working with the existing trustees and their advisers to agree a recovery plan with the plan sponsor and the TPR

Covering for the Chair of Trustees who was unable to fulfill his duties for a period.
