Pension Scheme Secretarial Service

The Pensions Act 1995 requires that trustees are given formal notice of meetings and that they keep an audit trail of all of their decisions. Although it does not require them to meet, it does specify what records they should keep when they do.

The aim of the Pension Scheme Secretarial Service is to help trustees to comply with their legal obligations and good practice. PTL will ensure that the decisions that trustees take are properly recorded and acted upon. PTL will provide a safeguard against trustees missing key events and give trustees access to technical knowledge and experience.

PTL will provide pension scheme trustees with peace of mind.
