Before working with PTL, Roger spent 20 years as a consultant with R Watson & Sons/Watson Wyatt/Towers Watson advising a range of institutional clients including pension funds and insurance companies.

As a senior investment consultant from 2001–2010, he was responsible for leading client relationships and delivering advice on all aspects of their investment arrangements: setting risk levels, strategic asset allocation and selecting and monitoring investment managers. Roger is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Away from work, Roger loves playing tennis and cycling to keep fit and listening to music, reading and watching cricket - ideally with friends and a beer - to relax.
