Pitmans Trustees Limited (PTL), the independent trustee company of Pitmans Solicitors, has won the prestigious Independent Trustee of the Year award at the UK Pensions Awards.

The awards, organised by Professional Pensions magazine, took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London and were hosted by Jimmy Tarbuck. With a record number of entries this year, the event is the largest single gathering of pensions professionals in the UK.

Pitmans Trustees Limited was one of six nominees for the award, sponsored by Sacker and Partners. The other nominees were Alexander Forbes Trustees Services, BESTrustees plc, Capital Cranfield Trustees, HR Trustees Ltd and Independent Trustee Services Ltd.
