UK Resident Section 615(6) Trusts are bona fide pension arrangements and they offer substantial advantages that all interested parties should be made aware of, including:-
- Pension rights may be taken entirely as a cash sum
- On leaving relevant service, the cash sum can be taken from a minimum age of 18
- Employer contributions are allowable against Corporation Tax in the UK
- Employee contributions are permissible
- Generous contribution levels are permitted by the Pension Scheme Office
